Create 1 minute animation in After Effects

We are need a one minute animation to be done for a client. The project is for a company who is launching a web-based application for Architects and Engineers to collaborate on building project manuals and specifications. The story board is fairly simple and we envision a flat background with simple animations and style similar to what we did here: [login to view URL] (see also attached graphics). We do these projects fairly frequently and generally pay between $1000 per one minute of animation. The nice thing is that we sometimes we repurpose the same animation with the same assets, and just change a logo or something simple. We still pay the same rate for the completed project.
