Create a short video animation for automotive repair channel introduction

I require a short video (approx 5 seconds) as an introduction to automotive technical repair videos.
Our logo (will be provided) flashes up on the screen with some animation and racecar driveby sound like 2:30 in this video. [login to view URL]
This video is also a good example of the type/standard of content required.
Two words will then appear under the logo with the following sound (example only) and the word shakes as the sound plays (as if doing a nut up with an impact wrench)

I am open to other suggestions, these are just my ideas keeping in mind the channel is relating to professional automotive repair.
