Creating a 3D bar chart in blender using python and an external xml, json or csv file

I need a 3d Graphic chart in Blender, using python and an external file in xml, json or csv. the graphic will show the evolution of daily prices for stocks. So it must look like in the image, but instead of cubes, will be squares, each one for every day. The height of the square represent the daily price, the width of the square represent the number of stocks (probably it will be constant). Each client should have different color on the chart. This chart should support multiple clients, as in picture. You cand create the xml, json or csv file. I prefer xml or json.
