I think that this project won't take as long as you quoted here unless much changes need to be done to what I originally present to you. Would you provide the textures? (To keep in fit with the theme you already have in your game) Would you give me the dimensions or building type you want? (or is it free range, making what I feel inspired to make based on the other buildings in the game)
