Design Plan for an Event Center

Hi All, The first part of this project is to design a conceptual 3D exterior model and floor plan for a project. The project is an Event center on one (1) Acre of land. At this stage of the project much information is not yet available. So the designer has many liberty on what to do. For example, the land is 1 Acres, so just make the dimension rectangular or square as you desire. The project will have a multipurpose hall building, which will have 1 big hall, 1 small hall, 2 conference rooms, enough rest rooms for gents and ladies, lobby. 2 small change rooms (male and female) where people using the hall can change dresses (eg bride and groom during wedding for example) There will also be ample car parking space. Attached to the fence will be a gate house, and a block store rooms. This is an events center so the exterior must be beautified using green grass and flowers. Please express yourself as we do not have designs in mind, we only know what should be there. I might make one or two adjustments to your design as we work together.
