Core and Shell Building Need creative programing | Parti You will be given a floor plate and you will need to place programs within the floor plates. Maximize use of each floor plan is a must. Building MUST include: 1- ONE Emergency fire scape stairs that has to be covered 2- ONE shaft for twin elevator ([login to view URL]) 3- ONE Mechanical room List of the programs needed: This is going to be a cultural hub building which will host: Exhibition halls museum area Conference room (s) Theater ( must go to the bottom level) Classroom(s) cloak room ( must go to the bottom level) Bathrooms ( must have one in the bottom level but do not need to have one in each level) Restaurant ( must go in the bottom level) Cafe/Bar Main Entrances ( 2 Grand entrances needed, ONE in the bottom level AND one on the first level ) I am open to suggestions for programs.
