I have experience with Product Design working in a medical device company for a year and a amphibious boat company. I have been using Solidworks CAD software for the past five years. I have a good knowledge of design in terms of manufacturing and have also done a number of drawings for patents in the past. Doing a quick model of this house should be no problem, I am able delivery a a 3d model in any format you would like in 2 days.
