Hi, how are you? I carefully read your description and your files as well. We can provide you exterior design renderings without problem. A lot of houses are built and completely decorated from our designs and renderings. 1. 20 hours is my estimation for making 3d model of house and provide render of exterior. 2. we can start as soon as we agree and start officially our project. For those 20 hours we'll need hopefully 3 full working days. 3. price for additional renderings will be presented for you. They depend on what exactly need to be shown in that render. To provide just render of something already modeled isn't problem, but if you wan't render of something totally new, e.g. for some new interior design view that will need more time. I would like first to have discussion about what will be included in that every new render before I set price, i.e. estimated time for it. 4. all samples from our portfolio are pretty much same quality as we treat same every of our clients. Please have a look on all samples. That quality you can expect as well. I have experience in 3d modeling and design and in a week or two (25-30hrs) I can create a precise 3d model of the building, export it in a variety of formats, such as .skp .3ds or even a Building Information Model in Archicad if you wish.
