We are an investment and consulting company located in Long Island, NY that purchases distressed or any under-market valued residential/commercial properties with its own private capital. The exit strategies include buy-renovate-resell, buy & hold, or wholesale the property. We are currently doing business in the Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. REMG also acts as a full service real estate consultant that facilitates both the home-selling and home-buying process. We are looking for a construction virtual assistant to help with the project management of our projects. Some of the duties included are: -Compile Finish Schedule -Create Time Schedule using Microsoft Project and update periodically (every 2 weeks) -Create a Scope of Work for the project -Create 3D renderings for the project based on the finish schedule (CAD drawings will be provided) -Assist with contracts for the vendors, contractors, etc. This is not a "one-time" position. We have a lot of work and we are looking for the right candidate to be part of our team.
