Use of chemkin suggest that your reacting species are not available in fluent default database. The custom reaction which is taking place would have same enthalpy for any operating condition. The multispecies analysis is preferred to be simulated in ansys fluent. Contact if you think I can help. price and duration are negotiable

I did my masters project in Design and analysis of combustion chamber for supersonic flight conditions. The simulations were processed at AWS since it requires large no of computation hours. Currently I have results for some different cases of combustor, if it match with your case then it'll be quicker than mentioned delivery days.
