I need someone to work on a long term basis to do the following:
1. I will provide you with a fbx model of a house. See the attached fbx files here: [login to view URL]
2. You will have to take this model and improve it by adding textures, and furnishing it. This is a video of the quality that it should have at the end, with grass around, furnitures inside, etc: [login to view URL]
(light etc has of course nothing to do with the model.)
But it will on most projects, only be one house, like the attached files.
3. What is KEY elements here to succeed is the following:
- Use SUBSTANCE!! If you dont have knowledge in substance you most likely will not succeed in this because the files need to be rather small, and with a low amount of polygon.
- You need to have knowledge of 3dsmax as well, and unity/unreal engine. Since they key element here is to not end up with two big files.
4. We need FAST turnaround. 48h. For each model.
5. We have a high volume. 200-300 models a year. We will use same furnitures etc, so as we build them up it will go faster and easier.
