- Model and texture the dress in the reference image. - Textures must be (light/ colour/material/shadow baked, game purpose) - Rhinestones effects will be made with Normals map. - Polycount cannot exceed 15k, - Provide textures : AO Map, Baked(light and shadow) Texture Map, Normals Map, Specular Map(all in png min 2048px) - Drape on the Female model provided - Model format will be Obj and all quads. I will send the base character to the most suited bidders. - if you know Marvelous designer software this is very easy job.

Hello, I am 3D Artist & modeller with 7+ years of experience. You are right. This proposal is not technically difficult for me. Female modeling is done in Maya or max, and costumes can be created and synthesized in Marvelous Designer. Texturering and subsequent processes are so obvious.
