The original pages are clearly organised into chapters and smaller sections; please mirror this structure with proper Word heading styles so the table of contents can be generated automatically. Aside from that hierarchy, no elaborate formatting is required, just consistent paragraph spacing and punctuation accuracy. I will supply high-resolution scans of the notes. Work steadily, keep spelling true to the source, and flag any lines you cannot decipher.
