We need restream video generated in our LAN network to a remote computer connected to the internet.

Laptop 1 in the picture is connected via ETHERNET to a LAN network and also to the internet via WIFI.

We can stream video via UDP on VLC on laptop 1.

The favorable solution would be zero tier 1 server/vpn.
