Converting Exercise videos into Giffs

I need the freelancer to rip videos from youtube and convert the exercises into Giffs. The videos belong to me and the giffs are to be used in the app that the videos have been created for. The giffs need to show what the exercise is. Roughly 4 seconds of the exercise video converted to giff. The giff should be no bigger than 300kb if you can make smaller at a decent quality that would be great. The giffs need to look smooth not jumpy as the giff repeats over and over (see attached) I will pay $5 an hour and expect 6 giffs per hour. Should you be able to convert the 82 videos in 10 hours or less ill pay a bonus of $20. I'll pay a maximum of 14hrs. Only bids that start with HIIT Revolution will be considered. If you accept my terms ill require you to convert one of the videos(your choice which one) to demonstrate you can do the job. The videos that need giffs are from video 5 in the playlist. Thanks. This opportunity is of great interest to me. I've had experience filming and editing work, which has led up to me having good filming techniques, editing skills and an eye for detail. These Skills have enabled me to boost up in creativity, allowing me to add more features and techniques to enhance the final footage. Other than making videos, i also have experience in design. I've created many work such as logos, flyers, motion graphics and more. Having this experience allows me to understand my clients needs when a project is given to me. In terms of this video i would use my Blackmagic Cinema Camera to give a cinematic look towards the video. I can produce an excellent video because i have most of the equipment i need and various stabilisers. This video will only good if we plan the video. Too many times people don't want to plan but it will save us time because we will follow a structure and this will allow us to achieve the look we want. Thinking creative is by far one of my strongest skills i currently possess. In every scenario that I’ve come across, i like to think outside the box to unearth new ideas. My hard working enthusiasm will allow me to be a success at this job and i feel i will only continue to get better and better. My clients needs is the most important thing for every project. My aim is to always make their vision come to live. It can take a lot of effort but the final product always shows that it has been worth it.
