Video Editing
$8-15 CAD / hour
Job Overview: Your role as video editor is to work with the President and other members of the
team to create, and edit videos as well as other relevant content for various social media
platforms as required. You would also be willing to support and execute various ancillary
content projects.
What are we looking for: A team player happy to wear many hats and jump in to support even
if the task isn’t on your official list of responsibilities?
Required Skills:
Able to take long form video raw video and edit it (with guidance from the creator), into
a finished product that can be posted to YouTube, Amazon, LinkedIn and other platforms
Creative and strategic thinker
Create unique visual content for clients to be shared on websites and social media
platforms.
Immense understanding of design principles including typography, colour, composition,
layout, branding etc.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and multi-task
Exceptional standard of attention to visual detail and organization in all aspects of work

Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills
Receptive to feedback, and team-oriented
Self-motivated, and reliable
Understanding of what makes content successful in today’s social media world.
Able to create content that is engaging and successful across channels and audiences.
Passionate about social media, graphic design, brand identity, photography, and
videography
Professional, positive, and upbeat attitude
Required:
Ability to cater and adapt to various project requests as required
A workable computer with the required apps such as photoshop or Illustrator etc.
The position is currently working remotely and requires internet connectivity, and
webcam or working phone
Must be available for constant meetings via Zoom. Google Meets etc, at least once a day
