Video editing for kid video gaming youtube channel

I am looking for a video editor to edit videos taking only the highlights of the video and trimming out what is not needed. The videos will be about 10 minutes long once post production is complete.
Video editor would need to look at more popular kid channels like ryan's world and hobby gaming to get an idea of special effects etc.
There will need to be a thumbnail of the video for youtube. The final production quality post production of the video edits will be 1080p.
This will be ongoing work at least several times a week about every other day.
Whoever is awarded the work that is ongoing I will provide a dropbox share where I will put the non edited video files. One folder will be preproduction this is where you will retrieve the files and the other will be post production where you will put the edited video when you are ready to show a deliverable.
