30 Second After Effects Project

I am looking for someone to create an after effects project for me. It need to be 1080p for TV. It must be delivered as an after effects project so I can change elements.

The video posted above will be alpha (transparent) or just designed so it says “put your video here” up to :05, I need to change this video in each show, so it needs to be blank.
When the actual intro starts, there will be 4-5 videos of people holding a frame just like the video above.
In the last scene I will supply the logo, so when the picture flips over like at 0:13 it will have out logo and pop out just like the example.
I will supply all video that needs to freeze into a photo and go down to each picture frame.
This video should end up somewhere between :20 to :30 seconds.
