Very Clean Photo Shop Alterations

I need action shot/photos of athletes that have background (buildings, weight room, outside etc.) portions that need removed and replaced with ultra-clean, theme consistent new background. I have pictures of a new facility that we have moved into and want a look and feel of the new facility to be put into the photos without losing the personal/emotion of the athletes working hard at their workouts. I am attaching photos of the athletes and then photos of the new facility for ideas. Need someone creative and understands how to do real clean work.
