TUTORIAL VIDEO on MAGENTO e-commerce cms - repost

I am looking for someone that can help contributing to create a VIDEO-tutorial related to MAGENTO e-commerce. I need writer that explain, for beginners/advance, how to build your website using Magento without any programming or design experience: you can create a video-capture. If you have done some works (ex. how to modify/create a plugin or a template, modify php...) you can write-tutorial or create a video-tutorial that explain how do it step by step. Every VIDEO can't be copy&pasted sentences from around the internet (as much 100% original).
