Create a YouTube intro

I will like you to help me create a YouTube intro video, I have already done the main video but need a intro made and added to the start for an introduction.
This is what I require:
1. Please, see the video attached Intro - Finished... At the start of the introduction, I want this video to show at the start.
2. Following the video a title page saying 'British people try American food' and on the same page a subtitle saying 'General Tso Chicken' For step two,
I'll like the animations to be added at your discrepancy: idle inclusions will include a British flag (Union Jack) and USA flag. I've also included a png version of our logo if this can be tied in somewhere.
3. Please add the intro video to the start of the attached video (Final Video)
Additional Notes:
- Please can the background and overall theme match that of the main video
