Creating an intro video from a logo

Our company is an online store, which sells shampoo's for hair
We need an introductory video from our logo (see image):
- Create a video with about +/- 5 seconds to be used in the beginning of videos.
- The video should be at least Full HD 1080p (1920 × 1080)
- The video will be the appearance of our logo, with the main text "[login to view URL]" and the phrase "Especialistas no seu cabelo".
- Our logo gives the idea of a hair with many colors that becomes an "S"
- We prefer 3D video, but 2D is also possible.
If necessary, we can provide the vector image.
Please, give a short description of the video idea with the offer.
