Looking for AE super technical engineer for Integration of AE templates to a software plug

We are looking for super skilled technical Adobe After effect designer that is fast and with full skill ability to take a template with many text scene and to break it to Pre-comp while keeping the original design in perfect timing and tact. The job is to learn a plug of new software that can control the AE template remotely on our server. Each of the customized pre-comp which we want the user to be able to customize, we need to connect to the software plug. This plug you download to your AE software like any other plug. learning of the plug software, 1-3 hours, after the third hour you can run with it and connect the templates. The user needs to be super technical from the main reason that most of the designed templates, dint design for this software therefore many texts layers as stand alone and not in a pre-comp in the design. So big part of the job is to organize the AE template according to the plug embedding requirements. After arranging the template with all the text Pre-comps in a perfect method which means without losing any of the timing of the movie, than to authorize with a set process the AE on the central server where the software is based. There is a principle work here, once you do the first is very much the same principle at all. Some templates extremely easy because they have one or two text options so models harder because they have more text option that needs to be pre-comp. the project start point is with 350 templates, so we need a global offer for all the 350.
