Hi, I need a motion graphics video of 3 minutes duration, I will provide voice over and all details about the project, Video will be in Arabic language so I need someone familiar with Arabic language, I will provide translation to English as Well, I need first (short) draft within 2 days, after approval, you will have next 3 days to complete design storyboard, and then animation, deadline 27 September, My maximum budget is $250, High prices bids will not entertain.
