Videographer needed for short video

Hi, we have need for a videographer in the GTA to come to an office to film a short video **3-5 minutes edited total 1) Point of View video that would be an office tour (office manager would conduct the video) 2) Single camera person with steadycam (?) 3) Single take 4) Not slick but professional and inviting 5) No graphics except for the end - maybe their logo plus website/phone 6) No script - office manager gives these tours all the time. Depending on the output of this, Also need to have a great to work with personality since there would be other offices to work with as well as potentially more work from the same office.
