SF Corporate Livestream Videography Needed

On 31 July in downtown San Francisco our company will stage a full-day corporate event that must be streamed live and captured for archive. The stream will cover the entire programme with particular emphasis on the keynote sessions, so smooth camera switching, clean audio and stable connection are critical. What I need from you • Bring and operate a professional multi-camera setup (HD or higher), microphones suited for podium and audience Q&A, and a reliable encoder/streaming rig. • Handle the live broadcast end-to-end: camera work, audio mix, and pushing a clean feed to our preferred platform (RTMP credentials provided in advance). • Record the raw camera feeds plus a program mix and supply the uncompressed or lightly-compressed files within 48 hours via drive or cloud transfer. No post-production is required. Venue access starts 07:00; show runs 09:00–17:00. A brief tech rehearsal will take place the day before, remote attendance acceptable if gear is pre-configured. Acceptance criteria 1. Live stream remains online for the full event with no noticeable drops. 2. Keynotes receive dedicated close-up coverage alongside a wide shot. 3.
