I'm looking for someone that can design and provide schematics for a low cost salinity monitor.

This monitor will use a salinity probe in saltwater aquarium enviroment.

It will output isolated 0-5VDC to be read by a microcontroller. The output has to be isolated because it cannot interfere with readings of other monitors such as a pH monitor.

Input range is 0-40ppm

The power source is a single unregulated +12VDC wall wart power supply.
