I have an ASP based website with a SQL 2008 backend,

The website is running Windows 2008 R2 and IIS 7.0, the website has about 132 pages which 90% are very small.
We create SSR's (invoices) which we also need improved so that we can export financials to QuickBooks
We need the reporting system improved
I need the WHOLE site converted and to either ASP .NET or PHP, MSSQL is SQL so no change their.

This website is the central core of our CMS system, we manage hundreds of clients remotely, this website allows us to managers customer profiles and then cases and projects for each client. There are about 100 users that live on this daily, it's critical to our business.

We want the website rewritten so that we can move forward with it and we need a more powerful reporting system than it currently has.

A duplicate of the current system rewritten in a new language (.net ASP or PHP) and then it is thoroughly tested.
