-The project "Mansouria Beach Resort" is a seaside project located in Morocco ([login to view URL])
Today the project is BUILT, and we would like to start a real advertising campaign to promote the project (sell the apartments that remain to us) through the name of the Real Estate developper company : AYAD Developpement group.
We would like to communicate through the luxury brand "AYAD Luxury lifestyle" that we want to highlight. We would like us to recognize the project through the luxury brand "AYAD LUXURY LIFESTYLE" and not through the name of the project Mansouria Beach Resort only.
In summary, our project stands out today from the competition through:
- the competitive price in this segment - from 730,000 DHS
- A high quality finish (see details, in the specifications)
- A project on a human scale (resort with 192 apartments, 2 apartments per floor, 6 apartments per building, with parking in the basement)
- Real estate project conceived as a resort hotel, garden of 1 hectar and half.
- Convenience: Pool of 1,000 m2 and club house (Restaurant, indoor and outdoor sports hall, Resort Reception, Children's Play Platform, Drugstore.

- Offer of all hotel services for purchasers (Concierge service, maid service, room service, ect ...)
- Offer of rental management of apartments with a 60% income that will return to the owners of the apartments who decide to give in rental management their apartments to the Vaccancéole Group.
- The rental management offer consists in allowing the owners of the apartments who wish to give them in hotel management all the year, to be able to use a minimum of 5 weeks their apartment during the year and to enjoy one week also in one of the hotel residences that the Vaccancole group holds abroad ( France, Corse, ect.. )
- The syndyc will be managed by a hotel manager, in order to allow the proper maintenance of the seaside resort.
