Converting an ipad application (xcode) to Xamarin

I need a iPad app ported to Xamarin....for eventual deployment to iPad,Android and win 10
The iPad app is a simple inspection app that takes a csv file for a list of inspection checklist items, allows the user to take photo's for each inspection. It also takes a PDF file which it must display and allow the user to mark up with simple text,lines or highlights. I also require the candidate to have had significant experience with Dropbox API v2. I expect the successful candidate to have excellent English skills as I anticipate this project will require enhancement and support over many years. I need to be able to discuss features and enhancements without misunderstanding. Source code for the current app will be provided once an NDA has been executed. Please do not apply if you have not had significant commercial experience with larger projects or line of business project...Simple social media or game projects do not qualify as commercial experience in my view, If that is your experience dont waste my or your time applying.
