Am looking for some individuals or a team to help me build website for a platform for listing projects in. Think similar setup to Freelancer.com or Rent A coder. I have mock-ups and UX which would need recommended experts to suggest appropriate architecture platform for development as well as ongoing maintenance and hosting approaches.
Initial ask is to get suitable qualified persons to help feedback on target web architecture, hosting approach and high level documentation, for prototype or more suitable end target platform (fees for different deliveries will vary).
My time scales requirement is for a team to be able to work on this in a focused mode. To be able to have clear plans which are able to be kept to. There is strong potential for ongoing further work if relationship works well for both parties.
In terms of technical ask for the platform,
- Ability to create initial landing page with dynamic multiple table views (up to 3)
- Ability to find and create initial hero images and photography / creating animations or Icons
- Ability to create user input form pages, with AJAX style background updating facility
- Ability to store captured form information into database(s)
- Ability to have build and recall profile level forms and representation views
- Being able to store said information into secure level database (same or other)
- Be able to cross reference data from different database tables and display into page views
- Ability to create user profiles / logins / authentication accounts within platform
- Ability to build in mailing and notification capability with configurable setup per user profile
- Ability to show page with built in google type maps with ability to build dynamic tags realted to location information from database
- Ability to bake in multiple discussion forum capabilities e.g. per user profile.
- Ability to post and update multiple instances of discussions threads for authenticated users
- Ability to support Tags, which are presented in various page views.
- Ability to include search facility and results page
- Ability to output search results in table view with ability to filter (dynamically in background) the table output based on fields on the page
- Ability to tie in a notification system for sending emails to user accounts registered on website based on comms or triggers
- SSL support
- Ability to support SEO optimization

More detailed requirements are available for the successful team based on review of previous work and / or experience. as a high level suggestion of what is being looked for, something similar in functionality to freelancer.com and [login to view URL] websites or similar project websites.

For the prospective team, You will have proven reviews or ability to demonstrate capabilities of providing such a platform, with experience in Design, Front end, back end, Database etc. With ability to identify additional skills needed as part of delivery if needed. Ideally would like the complete capabilities for all items within one team.
Ability to have worked with similar projects is preferred.
Ability to speak and be fluent in English, both written and verbal is a must.
Ability to join calls to discuss technical level and delivery updates for sync ups (at a pre-determined time ) is a must.
