Fix Wordpress Domain Mapping wp-signup redirect issue

Hi Freelancers,
I have created a WordPress Multi-site network using sub-domains, and everything was working before I tried to implement domain mapping using the native methodology implemented in WordPress 3.5+, however after implementing the custom domain mapping, now when trying to access the sub-sites trough their mapped domains, all requests redirect to http://<parent-domain>/[login to view URL]<subsute-domain>.
I have checked DNS, .htaccess, wordpress config, file permissions, nginx site config.... Pretty much everything, but can't find the issue.
I don't know the cause of the issue, so you may need skills in DNS, Nginx, Ubuntu and/or Wordpress to fix this issue.
Looking to preferably hire someone who has experience with WordPress multisites, or is otherwise confident they can fix the issue.
