I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I have an Android app that connects to an Arduino nano, through Bluetooth.

The app monitors the battery percentage and turns on a led, when the min bat percentage is reached and turns it off when the min is reached.

I need this app to display a battery image on different battery percentages and display a thunderbolt when the phone is charging.

A button that enables the phone to shutdown, when max battery percentage is reached and 2 edottexts to set the min and Max battery limits that will automatically change in comparison when a set button is clicked.

The stage of the shutdown button and percentages in edit texts will be saved to use them after shutdown/restart and the hint of the edit texts will be set to equal the current battery percentages.
