Corporate photos needed - action and still

On Wednesday 26th July, I will be facilitating part of a training session in South Melbourne from 10:30am to 11am, and I need a quality photographer to capture moments during this session that I can use on my website, and also for print materials. Prior to this session, I would also like to capture some headshots, so would need the chosen photographer to be onsite from 10am (exact location will be provider upon awarding of work).
More specifically, I need 20-30 photos to use for web and print. There will be 6x types of photos, mostly of me engaged with the audience (a classroom of corporate / adult learners).
o 1:1 coaching
o Facilitating / teaching at front of room
o Writing on a whiteboard or flipchart
o Headshots (to camera & off camera)
o Candid shots of me
o General classroom shots without me necessarily in frame (and without participants being easily identifiable)
I need the photos created in two types of files - web ready and high res, and anticipate minimal retouching and between 2 and 3 hours work in total (including retouching) - I am offering $300 for this project.
In order to make my decision I also need
o to see examples of work you’ve done previously, particularly for trainers / facilitators and/or corporate clients
o to know what camera and lens you’ll be using
o to know how quickly you can produce final versions of the photographs (within 48 hours is preferred)
