Hello,
I am after someone that will build a web based application that will be locally hosted and can only be accessed outside via a vpn. It will need to connect and retrieve data from an existing oracle database and to have its own database also.
The application will have 3 levels of permission and will allow users to sign in, enter and track quotes of jobs. Once a new quote is entered it will have to flow through a process to get managers approvals and then sent to the client.
The software will need to:
-Generate PDF's
-Email server to send emails
-Text Entry
-Drag and Drop File Upload
-Internal Chat to allow users to leave notes on a job
-An area where people can upload their signatures that can be used to sign off quotes.
-Responsive as half will be using ipads.
Attached is a workflow diagram that will give you a better understanding of the flow. This is a 3 stage software so I will need someone whom is long term and that will provide support for technical issues.
