Drafting Services required - House plans - Revit Architecture

I require the services of a Draftsperson, or Architect who is proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit.
The project includes an internal alteration and an upper level extension to an existing building. The subject property is units 6 and 6A South Street, Hawthorn 3122. The units are in the one building separated by a double masonry wall, however they share the same roof. See attached photos.
Both units 6 and 6A are to have a internal alteration to their existing floor plans (currently ground level) and have an upper level extension.
From you I require a completed Revit model, and working drawings in the form PDF's, such as;
Existing and Proposed - Site Plans, Floor Plans and Elevations
Sectional drawings, Window and Door schedule.
Note: we do not require a structural design for this we have an engineer.
To help I have a working model that is attached for you to review. My skills on Revit are very limited, however, the details on this model are true you can either finish this model or create a new model, it's up to you.
On the attached model you are able to view the Existing floor plan of Unit 6A and the Proposed floor plan for the upper level extension. We are happy with our window locations and upper level floor plans for unit 6A, however we are open to any creative ideas you have with regard to external materials and finishes.
For Unit 6, for the the lower level floor plan we will provide to you all of the necessary details for you to transfer onto the model, inclusive of existing and proposed layout. For the upper level, this is on the model for you to view, however, it is to the side and not currently shown on top of the lower level. To see this plan, please refer to the Floor Plan Level 2 of the attached model, you will see it to the side. The overall dimension, floor plan window locations are true and we are happy with this. However we are open to any creative ideas you have with regard to external materials and finishes.
