Hello there, I went through the intro document and got a clear idea about the job position. As I can see, this is a very important role that helps manage your daily work activities. When you loop an email to me I will take care of it with great attention. I will determine the type of meetings and add to calendars. I will also send confirmation email to the other person. I will keep all the timezone and office hours in mind when setting appointments. I understand when you send an email I must complete the task within 12 hours or inform you about when I can do it. To manage your band's calendar I will use icloud for Windows as I don't have an Iphone. I will also manage your travel plannings, set appointments with organizations, manage invoices and payments, I understand there are weekly tasks and any other tasks you may need to get done.
