Hello Are you optimistic, tech savvy, self-motivated, have discipline and eagerness to learn? Are you European-based and looking for long-term work as a virtual assistant? If this sounds appropriate then we are looking for YOU. I am looking for a motivated, experienced and positive virtual assistant to work with a Danish business. You must be able to communicate in English and Danish fluently. Generally desired skills include (but not limited to): - Schedules and Organising - ical, google cal, diary management etc... - Online Research - Bookkeeping - Xero, Quickbooks, Indinero, freshbooks etc... - Data Entry/Spreadsheets/Cloud Storage and Usage - Google Drive, Dropbox etc... - Booking travel and reservations - cheapest and best options - Social Media posting and management - Beneficial if you know Buffer or Hootsuite - Email Management - Hotmail, Gmail, Zoho and Outlook - Copy Editing/Audio Transcription/Note Taking - Presentation Creation - PLUS - Mention any other skills you may be able to bring to table. The desired characteristics include: ● Resourcefulness ● Inquisitiveness ● Experience ● Positivity ● First Impression ● Customer Focus ● Communication ● Excellence ● Like-ability ● Listening ● Energy ● Reliability ● Enthusiasm IGNORE THE BUDGET (this is a placeholder). The hours you want per week are flexible/open to discussion and pay will be discussed once this has been established. "Carrot" Hi there, I am Sachini, a 22 year old student migrating to the UK next year for my final year at the university. I am also a professional part time freelancer, currently looking for a company to work with on a long term basis and this job posting caught my eye. I have experinece in doing most of the tasks in the job description. I have over 2 year of experience in Customer Service and Virtual Assistance( one and half year with a UK based company)The most recent companies I worked with are Dionysius Importers, UK and Castlegem UK. I handled the main phone line of Dionysius Importers and managed all the bookings for events. In Castlegem Inc, I worked as an excecutive assistant, liasing with clients, generating invoices, handling calls and emails and many more. Most of the time I was first hired as a VA or a CSR but then it always turned out to be more than that. And I just loved handling things, being in the center of everything! I'm confident that with my multi tasking abilities I'd be the greatest fit. That being said, from my side, I'm looking for a company to work long term since I'd be moving to UK and I prefer doing freelancing because it's easier than a physical part time job. I am an incredibly fast learner and I am a multi tasker. I can wear "many hats" and still be perfect at everything. I would really love to be a part of your organisation help you in any way I can! Hi, Greetings! I have expertise in web research and data entry assignment using sources like linkedin, hoover, jigsaw and other unique sources. I have also experienced VA work and can follow instruction well, i have done assignment of managing USA amazon store remotely with the help of Team Viewer. i used to manage inventory for both FBA and Non-FBA, replying buyers emails and manage returns, shipping details and making shipping labels. Carrot Hi, Hello, I am an international tourism management student in the UK, currently doing a one-year placement in New Zealand as a holiday park manager trainee. I know that in your job description you've mentioned that you want an European-based candidate, but I actually think that I have the time, motivation and enthusiasm necessary to fill up the position. Plus...I'll be back in the UK in less than 8 months. My current internship allows me to practice and perfect most of the skills you've mentioned - email management (outlook), online research (i have to constantly look for possible partners for the business I'm working for), social media posting (facebook and instagram, but i've been on hootsuite a few times), data entry/spreadsheets (mostly related to finance), schedules and organizing (all those reservations/big events we hold must be put in a bookings calendar/google cal). Booking travel and finding then best choices is something I've been doing for years. Plus, studying tourism management and working for a holiday park has taught me a few tips on how to narrow down the options and find the best deal. What I could bring to the team is experience and interest in marketing and consumer research. So far I designed marketing campaigns for two real businesses during an Integrated Marketing Communications module I took whilst studying in Singapore, thus applying the theory to real-world situations.
