We are currently seeking to extend our live-chat team with additional customer care representatives who are preferably fluent speakers of one or more of the following languages: English, Dutch, German, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish.
- Be on live chat using SmarterTrack;
- Answer or reply to any player or affiliate enquiries coming via live chat and / or e-mail, providing a satisfactory solution to the customer's inquiry and exceeding his/her expectations in doing this;
- Work together with team leads and trainers to constantly keep your knowledge up-to-date;
- Providing swift and comprehensive feedback to the team leads in case any current issues that need special attention arise;
- Making sure that the customer is satisfied with the whole customer service experience, every time;
- Managing customer accounts;
- Informing customers about current and upcoming promotions;
- Suggest improvements on sites, products, processes.
- Must be fluent in English and in Dutch / German / Finnish / Norwegian / Swedish, as applicable;
- Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, call center or an international business setting;
- Flexible and willing to work any hours/times needed, including weekends;
- Being a dynamic multi-tasker, able to effectively manage different tasks simultaneously;
- Being able to work remotely as a work from home support agent;
- Knowledge of basic MS Windows functions;
- Be friendly, energetic, motivated and reliable;
- Deliver with a clear communication;
- Have a positive approach towards solving problems.
