Looking for a virtual assistant for 8-15 hours a week to help with things like: Schedule management Notes management: this is a big one - I tend to take a lot of notes for both work/personal life but don't always review them or put them into actionable tasks. The best candidate is good at taking raw notes (so and so said this) and synthesizing it into specific tasks (i.e: "get back to so and so" or "check on blah blah") Content publishing on WordPress - I can teach you how to do this, it's pretty easy. Won't be something at first, but having basic experience with WordPress would be awesome! Happy to pay extra for someone with experience here. Double bonus points if you're loosely familiar with SEO (search engine optimization) General topic research - I am working on putting together a newsletter (or 2) and need someone to help stay on top of current events in the space. Would basically be spending some time each week to compile a list of 5-10+ articles about a topic and saving them in a Google Sheet. Other research may be about trending NFT projects or just general interesting stuff. Social media help - mostly light photo editing. Prev experience not really required, and not sure how much this will be part of the role but just throwing some ideas. Ideally would love to find someone with a some experience (or at least interest) in digital marketing and emerging web technologies (WEB3, blockchain, NFTs, etc...). Looking for a single person who is comfortable chatting on Discord/GChat throughout the day and has good written English. Attention to detail and being able to take direction & initiative is paramount. Please reach out with questions if you have any.
