Virtual Commercial Kitchen Electrician Assistant

I need on assistant who is on Professional Commercial Electrician Person with experience in converting 3 phase to 1 phase power.
I need to convert same commercial kitchen equipment from 3 Phase to 1 Phase Power ( we are in the food business )
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Many of our equipment we want to use in our Food Catering Events, / in our kitchen many equipment run on 3 Phase.
In catering events, when we need to go more far from our kitchen, we would like to have to take also equipments and they only work on 3 Phase, so converting to 1 Phase, help as to use them at any place.
We have Equipment Manufacturer Plate, where is listed basic info.
We have also PDF file from this equipments / [SAME TIME NOT}
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT JOB IS:
1, We send you Manufacturer Plate, PDF file, and you need to know if this equipment can be converted to 1 Phase power
2, , Need assistance to diagnose not working unit, when same parts need to be replaced.
WORK TIME for virtual assistant: available between 8am to 6pm as we both can agree.
**ALL WORK IS COUNT ONLY OVER FREELANCER VIDEO/ only pay for time when you are on video call.
**SO REMEMBER FOR TIME SUBMITING: only video work face to face will be honored, thanks
All work should be done over freelancer video call, so English is necessary
