Basic Architectural Rendering

I have a front elevation of a single story structure that I need a basic color rendering created showing the building set on the land with some simple landscaping, vehicles etc. This project is for a volunteer ambulance service which is attempting to propose a new building to the townspeople. We have an elevation and plans of the structure but nothing to give it that extra touch for presentation purposes I would like to have a drawing that shows the property and the building with the one or both doors open showing the ambulances sitting in the bays. Landscaping and other items normally found in a rendering would also be included. I have attached a PDF with the building elevation and layout as well as pictures of the property. I have also included a picture of one of the ambulances. I can provide any additional photos needed to assist in the process. The gas station that is in the pictures will be torn down and the pumps and sign removed and will be replaced by the new structure. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform N/A
