I have an outlook folder with lots of email all in the same format as the one attached to this project. I need a script that will go through all the emails in the folder named "RATESREQUEST" and for each email in there create a new one in the following format : To : user name after (Originating Application MMS Agent: ), in the example it would be : "WHITEJ6" CC : [login to view URL] Email Body : the number after ( Requested Customer Rate: ) & "Approved" If you click on the word APPROVE you'll notice that it's a mailto link, i need the script to go in that script and extract "credit reference number" and "blackberry proxy key" and "customer last name" "Name" & (customer last name) Macleod in this example "CLK " & (credit reference number) the number that starts by 3911.... "Proxy" & (blackberry proxy key) the number that starts by f3000 Once processed the email in the RATESREQUEST folder is moved to the RATESREQUESTDone folder. See the Example in the .docx document of another script i use that does something similar.

Hi Sir. Instead of VB script, I can design a professional .Net Outlook add in that shall be installed as an Outlook extension and will be visible through top ribbon like standard Outlook controls. It shall contain a button and a simple user interface to send emails corresponding to emails contained in "RatesRequest" folder (or other customizeable folder). Please note that there are 2 occurrences of "Requested Customer Rate" in the email. Will both contain the same value? Please share which version of Outlook are you using and if you would like to work with other versions of Outlook. I have previously developed a similar Outlook add in for another client and I can do it for you swiftly. Please discuss if my proposal interests you. Regards. Usman

Hi, I am Nallakumar. I have more than 8 years of experience in Outlook Automation. I would suggest you following solution instead of clicking on a link in the email, 1. We can create a Outlook AddIn using C# 2. That will create a button in the Outlook ribbon in the Read pane. That button will be labelled "Approve" 3. If Approve button is clicked, it will do the operations you have asked. We can even send that email also, if needed. Thanks, Nalla

Hi! there, My name is Dipak Moliya. I’ve read your project description and can see that you need a script that will go through all the emails in the outlook folder named "RATESREQUEST" and for each email in there create a new one as described in the project description. I have been done this type of project once so I am confidant to complete this project also. I have many year's experience writing code in VBA for Outlook and Access. I am highly qualified for this project and would love to speak with you further about taking this project on. If you'd like to view my previous work, take a look at my Freelancer Portfolio.
