MS Word Document Property Updates (VBA)

I need someone who is very familiar with Microsoft Word Templates, Custom Toolbars, Field Codes, and Custom Document Properties. Please see the attached sample template ([login to view URL]) and document ([login to view URL]). Issues: 1.) When creating a new document based on this template, the Field Codes are shown by default ("{ DOCPROPERTY TestProperty }"). I want the value shown by default instead ("Test Property Value"). 2.) I want any document created by this template to not be linked to this template. Meaning, If I send a document (.DOC file) created by this template to someone else, I want them to have the custom toolbar ("Test Menu") and Auto Text Entries available without needing the .DOT file.
