The job is to develop a Microsoft Access Application to input, track a donation transaction, generate reports and letters. We have developed a mock-up based on Excel VBA, and we would like to port it over to MS Access with some modification. We will share with you the latest Excel VBA format once the job is awarded. Concurrently we are working with the architecture that we would like to have in the application. Do note that this is the first version and we might open another project in the future with you for updates and new functionalities. Attached are preliminary listing of functional requirement and data input. We are open for further suggestion in the Application development. It would be beneficial if you can attach in your bid, a sample Access Application that you have previously developed and a short description of your experience with Microsoft Access Application development.
