Job012: Write Access VBA procedures to:
A) Create a procedure/function to loop through each field in ttblHd that begins with "col" and write the value in the field to the tlkpHdPr, field strHdPrK.
For example, there are 2632 records in ttblHd with 79 columns beginning with "col". The values in those fields when appended [url removed, login to view] yield 133 records. While there are currently 79 fields beginnning with 'col', but that number may go up or down over time.
Table tlkpHdPr shows the desired output.
B) Create another procedure/function to again loop through each field in ttblHd that begins with "col" only this time write 3 values to another table, ttblCldPrFld:
value 1 is from the 'col' field
value 2 is from a second field, strFlNmK, and
value 3 is the numeric part of 'col' field name.
See ttblCldPrFld for the desired output.
Requirements:
1) Create procedures/functions in the attached Access database, dbJob012
2) Process should execute from the command button cmdTest on frmTest
3) Code should be commented with explainations of how it works

Job013: Write Access VBA procedures to:

B) Create a procedure/function to loop thru the recordset definited by qrstPrLy4AaK assigning the next code generated by the above procedure to the field, strAaK
For example, if qrsstPrLy4Aa has 10 records, after the procedure is run:
Record 1 now has AA in strAaK
Record 2 now has AB in strAaK
Record 3 now has AC in strAaK
Record 4 now has AD in strAaK
Record 5 now has AE in strAaK
Record 6 now has AF in strAaK
Record 7 now has AG in strAaK
Record 8 now has AH in strAaK
Record 9 now has AI in strAaK
Record 10 now has AJ in strAaK
Requirements:
1) Create procedures/functions in the attached Access database, dbJob013
2) Process should execute from the command button cmdTest on frmTest
3) The recordset above, qrstPrLy4aaK is defined by a select query of the same name in dbJob013
4) Each time the code is executed, the letter code should increment from the last value used, i.e. using the example above, if the next execution started with record 11, the code assigned should be AK.
5) The procedure/function should generate a user message if when it is within 10 records of exhausting all available codes, i.e. there are 650 possible 2 letter combinations, when 640 have been used, the user message should fire.
6) Code should be commented with explainations of how it works
