Due to the increase in the number of people working from home within my client base, I'm seeing a 500% increase in traffic.
I need 2 people who can commit to 0900-1700 GMT to provide technical support via phone and live chat to call center agents, multiple people who can cover this requirement will be considered.
Ideally the people will be fluent in English and able to understand a wide range of mostly British acccents, the users you'll be supporting are based all over the world.
We us Vicidial and WebRTC to deliver service to the end users, often the calls / live chats are referring to audio issues. Using a checklist we'll provide, you'll take the agent through the troubleshooting and log all actions to the ticket system.
Payment weekly on a Friday evening, rate to be discussed with applicants.
