Taking the exercise: I'd back split triage — it turns 228k jobs into a decision surface instead of a scroll, and source collapses into a filter, killing the four-tab split your 02-nav png already argues against. My approach is reasoning-first: pull nordic/ tokens and states out of SVG into real coded components, then earn each rebuild against the existing 32. One engineer, no PM, no users — that's the version I do my best work in, and I can start now.
