I have an HTML / CSS / JavaScript prototype in place for a lightweight internal web app used by Izumi General Trading LLC to manage seven core workflows. Your first task is to complete and polish the Stock / Inventory Tracker module before we move on to the remaining pieces (CIR requests, quotations, sample approvals, invoices, LPOs, etc.). The existing UI and basic data models are live in a Git-based repository; you will be extending—not replacing—this code. For the Inventory Tracker I need: • Real-time updates so stock movements appear instantly across all open sessions (WebSockets or an equally efficient approach is fine). • Automatic low-stock alerts that trigger both an on-screen warning and a queued email notification when predefined thresholds are reached. • Clean, responsive screens that match the current design language. • Solid, commented JavaScript so the next modules can reuse your components. Once the tracker is production-ready we will iterate through the other six modules; a smooth hand-off therefore matters as much as feature completeness. Send me a detailed project proposal outlining how you will slot your work into the existing structure, the tools or micro-libraries you intend to add (if any), and a realistic timeline for this first module.

Hi there, We understand you need to enhance the Inventory Tracker Web App for Izumi General Trading LLC, focusing on real-time updates, low-stock alerts, and a responsive design. Our team at Webbook Studio has experience with similar projects, such as the e-commerce website for a luxury leather retailer, where we implemented real-time updates and custom design using PHP, JavaScript, and HTML5. We can leverage our expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to extend your existing code, ensuring a seamless integration with the current design language. To achieve real-time updates, we can utilize WebSockets or an equally efficient approach, and for low-stock alerts, we can implement a notification system that triggers both on-screen warnings and queued email notifications. We'll ensure the code is solid, commented, and reusable for the next modules. Can you please share more details about the predefined thresholds for low-stock alerts and any specific design requirements you have in mind? Feel free to message us to discuss the details! — Webbook Studio

Hi, We can help keep the Inventory Tracker stable while adding live stock updates, alert logic, and reusable UI without disrupting the current prototype. For an internal app with seven workflows, our priority would be to avoid realtime sync issues and build clean, extensible JavaScript so future modules remain easy to develop. Our first step would be to review the current HTML/CSS/JS structure, map how inventory data is stored, and then implement a lightweight realtime layer with threshold-based alerts and solid state handling. We’ll keep the interface responsive and aligned with your current design while making the codebase ready for CIR requests, quotations, invoices, LPOs, and other modules. Initial focus: Audit the current inventory flow Add realtime stock sync Build low-stock warning states Queue alert email triggers Polish responsive screens Timeline: We can begin with the inventory module first and proceed in phases to reduce risk and keep the prototype stable. Quick question: Is the inventory data already connected to a backend API, or should we include the server-side event flow for realtime updates and email queuing from the start?

Hi there, I will extend your existing HTML/CSS/JS codebase to deliver a production-ready Stock/Inventory Tracker for Izumi General Trading with real-time sync via WebSockets, automatic low-stock alerts (on-screen warnings plus queued email notifications), and responsive screens matching your current design language. I will keep all new components modular and well commented so the next six modules (CIR requests, quotations, invoices, LPOs) plug in without refactoring. On a similar internal tool, structuring reusable components from the first module cut development time on subsequent modules by roughly 40%. Questions: 1) Are you using a specific backend (Node, Python, or something else) for the WebSocket layer, or is that my call? Looking forward to discussing further. Best regards, Kamran
