Hello I think what you want is 2 modes for the ESP without config-> Run a WebPorts to configure WIFI & MQTT With Config -> Run a different Firmware that may include OTA I do have experience in making this + Web Design Experience + Security including FE & SB. check my profile for that . Speaking of the 2nd mode (with Config) , Is there any thing that needs to be done there ? or this part is out of the scope ? Regards

Hello, I have done similar project with ESP32 running on AP mode if configured WIFI network is not available to connect. If the wifi network is available it will connect to it using stored SSID and password. There will be a page for network settings, where you can input the ssid and password. the files are to be stored in the spiffs Yes MQTT aswell
